Returns
IMPORTANT INFORMATION TO PROTECT YOUR RIGHTS - All truck freight shipments MUST be inspected before you sign for them. If there is any damage to the shipment, you MUST note the damage on the freight bill or refuse the shipment for being damaged in order to get replacement parts or credit. Be sure to test fit any parts BEFORE the vehicle is painted. Returns are not accepted on painted or modified parts.

CUSTOMER SERVICE - If you refused shipment on damaged parts and need help, please ask for a customer service representative when you call.

RETURNS - KDK Classic Auto will only accept returns on items purchased within 30 days of the purchase date which are in the same condition as when shipped. KDK Classic Auto will charge a 20% restocking fee on all items returned from the original purchaser and the customer will be responsible for all freight charges. All items must be in the original packaging and in "as-sold" condition. No credit will be issued on items returned after 30 days of purchase or on items that have been painted, damaged, or modified in any way. Used or incomplete merchandise cannot be accepted, since we only sell new items. You must call us and receive return instructions on all items returned. No credit will be issued for items returned without authorization. Please pre-fit all items before sanding or painting!

WARRANTY - All parts depicted in this catalog are warranted to you the original purchaser to be free from defects in manufacturing and materials for a period of 30 days from the date of original purchase from us. You must notify us in writing within the warranty period to make a claim. Liability of KDK Classic Auto under this warranty is limited to repair or replacement of the defective part. KDK Classic Auto hereby disclaims all other warranties, whether expressed or implied, including but not limited to all warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. KDK Classic Auto is not responsible for damage caused by abuse, incorrect installation, modification, shipping, accidents or normal wear; nor is KDK Classic Auto responsible for labor charges, inconvenience or other expenses related to installation or use of our products whether purchased from us or an independent reseller.
